Refund policy

At Katrina’s Blessed Boutique, each item is custom-made to order just for you. Because of this, we do not accept returns or exchanges due to incorrect size selection, color choice, buyer’s remorse, or ordering the wrong item.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery by emailing nalaniolmo@gmail.com.

To process your request, please include:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the damaged or defective item
• Photos of the shipping package if it arrived damaged

We review each request individually. If the issue is determined to be a manufacturing defect, shipping damage, or an error on our part, we will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.

We reserve the right to deny claims that show signs of misuse, intentional damage, normal wear and tear, or claims submitted after the 7-day reporting period
