  • During holidays, sales events, or periods of high demand, production times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Once your order has been shipped, estimated delivery times are:

  • United States: 3–7 business days
  • International: Delivery times vary by destination and may take 10–30 business days where international shipping is available.

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and are not guaranteed.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Shipping Delays

  • Customs processing
  • Holidays
  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

Incorrect Shipping Address

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are unable to guarantee replacements or refunds for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided during checkout.

Lost or Damaged Packages

If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at nalaniolmo@gmail.com.
